Spicy baked potatoes with cottage cheese and tuna

Spicy baked potatoes with cottage cheese and tuna

Treat yourself to these spicy potatoes with cottage cheese and tuna, which taste amazing and provide a good dose of protein. The recipe will come in handy as an inspiration for a healthy lunch or dinner under 30 minutes. Also, this healthy meal contains up to 50 g of protein per serving. Let's try it out!

The recipe for these baked potatoes is especially suitable for fans of spicy dishes, but do not be discouraged if you do not belong to them. You can easily skip the chilli from the recipe and season the recipe to your liking. However, I have recently become very fond of this combination with crushed chilli peppers.

We use cottage cheese and quality tuna fillets in brine from Sun&Sea as a source of protein. You basically only need these two basic ingredients and potatoes to prepare this dish. Then add only spices and a little bit of olive oil, and a delicious meal is ready. The total preparation will not take you more than 10 minutes, the oven will take care of the rest.

So, if you like recipes with potatoes in any variation, I recommend you try these spicy potatoes with cottage cheese and tuna. Bon appetit :)
