Easy and healthy cocoa muffins made of only 5 ingredients. Muffins are flourless, gluten-free and sweetened with honey. You can use cocoa or carob for their preparation. Try to bake them for breakfast or morning snack, but they will also serve perfectly as a healthy dessert for afternoon.
You will only need cocoa, eggs, honey, coconut oil and sodium bicarbonate to prepare the muffins. Believe it or not, the cocoa will completely replace the flour in them, and as we use up to 4 tablespoons of it, they will have a beautifully pungent chocolate flavor. These gluten-free muffins are a good recipe not only for celiacs, but also for all those who avoid flour for other reasons. If you want to bake more muffins (which I believe you want), double or triple the amount of ingredients listed in the recipe. I recommend using silicone molds for baking.
