If you don't have the most reliable pan, try to make small crumpets and flip them halfway through cooking, as fast as possible, to keep them uncut. The batter is very smooth, so another tip for a good fit banana pancakes is to have them cooked thoroughly from one side, edges and center before flipping, on medium heat.
In the recipe, use bananas as much ripe as possible for a distinct banana flavor. For fitness version, you can add in some protein powder to the batter. You can also adjust the pancakes according to your taste – add some gingerbread powder, cinnamon, or cocoa.
