Beef chop on tomatoes with beans

Beef chop on tomatoes with beans

Try this absolutely delicious beef chop on tomatoes with beans. I recommend serving it with sweet potatoes (or sweet potato fries), rice, salad, or couscous. It's so yummy!

Beef, tomatoes, and beans are the three main ingredients of this fit recipe. They complement each other wonderfully and the finished meal is one great meat delicacy. You do not have to fear beef at all - although it is more difficult to digest than, for example, chicken, it contains a lot of protein and iron, it satiates well and combined with the right ingredients, it can be a healthy and low-carb lunch.

This recipe for a beef chop on tomatoes with beans goes well with sweet potatoes, but you can choose the side dish according to your own tastes and preferences. The preparation does not even take an hour and you have a great meal for the whole family. Please your family with this fit beef chop recipe - don't even mention that it is fit, they will enjoy it anyway. For me, this is one of the best recipes with beef to date.

Ingredients

  • 500g of beef, hindquarter
  • 500g of tomatoes
  • 200g of tomato puree
  • 250g of cooked black beans
  • 4 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp of mustard
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil (I recommend this one)
  • 1 tsp of salt (I recommend this one)

Instructions

  1. Lightly fry the finely chopped onion in a pot in hot oil.
  2. Add chopped beef and shortly cook it on the onion.
  3. Add tomato puree, finely chopped tomatoes, cooked beans, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, cover the pot and stew the meat for 20 minutes.
  4. Then mix sea salt and other spices to taste into the meat and stew the meat for another 15-20 minutes, until it is completely soft.
  5. I recommend serving the meat with sweet potatoes (or sweet potato fries), rice, salad, or couscous.
