  1. Cook couscous in boiling water according to the instructions.
  2. In the bowl, mix olive oil with lemon juice, lemon peel, balsamic, chia seeds, honey and spices.
  3. Fold in cooked couscous and finely chopped strawberries along with nuts and dried cranberries, and mix the salad thoroughly.
  4. Serve it when still warm or cooled.
