Ingredients
1 grapefruit
4 cm (1.5 inch) fresh ginger
100g (3.5oz) pineapple
1 apple
50g (1.7oz) cucumber
handful of salad
½ to 1 cup ice
¼ cup water
Instructions
Place washed and peeled fruit with remaining ingredients into the blender and blend until it is as smooth as possible.
Serve immediately.
