Coconut Flour Banana Cookies (sugar-free and gluten-free)

Coconut Flour Banana Cookies (sugar-free and gluten-free)

Easy and healthy coconut flour banana cookies which are sugar-free and gluten-free. They are suitable as a healthy snack, morning snack or goody to coffee and tea. Cookies are just great every time and everywhere, and I don't know anyone who doesn't like them. That's why I am pleased to come up with a recipe that is popular and at the same time healthy, light and fit! These low calorie cookies don't lose their amazing sweet taste and yet, they are gluten-free and sugar-free.

Coconut flour is absolutely great for sweet desserts, and thanks to its absorption capacity, you only need to use much less of it than of regular flour. Typically, one cup of regular flour can be replaced with 1/3 to 1/4 cup of coconut flour. It is rich in protein, fiber, and fats, so it will fill you up well. And we must not forget about its great taste and aroma. If you love coconut like me, you know what I'm saying :)

Bananas and applesauce used in this recipe will give cookies their delicacy. Ripe bananas are completely the most ideal for such a recipes. You don't need to use any sugar in this recipe - bananas and sweet applesauce are amply enough. You can bake them with dark chocolate chips or raisins or nuts. Try which ones will you like the most. I believe you will like and that you will also try other recipes for healthy cookies from my workshop :)
